I purchased two exterior doors last summer. Once they were installed, I had my professional painter paint the two doors. Using the “top of the line” Benjamin Moore primer and paint the paint bubbled up on the doors a few days later. A week later, my painter sanded the two doors, primed and repainted. Again, a few days later the paint bubbled up. Waiting a couple of months, my painter repeated the same process. The paint bubbled. I contacted Fairview Millwork and was told they would be out to check on the doors. Weeks passed and they never showed nor called. I tried over three times and they never came out to assess the problem. Then COVID-19 hit. So I waited until the end of May and contacted them again. They told me they would be out with the representative from the door company to look

I tried to give every opportunity to the sales rep. In the end, she failed to do anything on a timely basis, didn’t call or show up for our last appointment. Said she was busy and forgot. My considerable time was wasted. Suggest you don’t waste yours.

Poor customer service. I went to store on 04/08 with measurements for a trex deck. Was told I would get email/ call back with cost. Never received any information. I called first week of may to remind them…still no information.
