I had a great experience speaking with Obrien, the lawn care representative. What stood out the most was how patient and knowledgeable he was. He didn't rush the call and made sure all of my questions were answered clearly. It is evident that he truly understands his craft and is willing to inform customers rather than just sell a service. Excellent customer service and expertise!

Today I let the Charlotte office know that they're no longer treating my yard. When I let them know, they didn't care. My lawn has never looked so bad. I now have to bring someone else in to fix their mess. Glad I just set a bunch of money on fire!

Technicians from Fairway Green are the best at what they do. Had my lawn aerated and seeded and the service was great as it always has been for 15 years. I recommend them to anyone wanting a top notch lawn company.

Last year Fairway Green made my yard look amazing, but this year it’s been awful — full of weeds and dead spots. I was even charged twice for the same service without permission, and the staff was rude when I asked about it. I complained multiple times and nothing was ever fixed. I’ve since canceled my service — very disappointed.

Pictures say a thousand words, inconsistent service and weed control doesn’t work. I hired them mainly to help grow grass In the front yard and they didn’t get that done. As a goodwill gesture I was offered a FREE aerating/seeding do-over but when I cancelled any further services and then inquired about the Free do-over they said it was contingent on keeping and paying for more services. Not what I was told. Buyers beware and check out the pictures I posted.
