Fairway Lawns of Greenville

2.5 yrs of service and they have changed our technician 3 to 4 times. We have constantly complained about these weeds and crabgrass. The last treatment was done so poorly it’s killed my grass. Called customer service several times…be warned the will get back to you in 24-72 business hours. Anyone who takes 72 hrs to get back to the customer clearly doesn’t need my business.

They were great for years but now they missed two months of treatment in the spring so my yard is now full of weeds. And oh yes they did charge me for every month even though no one came out. I called customer service and they send they will send someone out ASAP. Then they no showed for that appointment too. I don’t understand how they could fall down on the job so badly after such great service for years. It’s a shame I will be forced to move elsewhere.

Absolutely pathetic! Their service was OK in the beginning but has consistently and significantly declined to the point that our lawn is a total disaster and weeds are now literally out of control. They don’t even deserve the time it is taking to write this but perhaps others will be spared. If you have their service, try not mowing your lawn for a week, so you can see exactly what’s going on before it gets too out of control. Whatever products/methods they’re using do not work, and don’t waste your time expressing your concerns with a technician, not even in person, they will tell you what you want to hear but nothing will ever come of it (as is evident in the attached images). I would not recommend Fairway Lawn Services to anyone. I was charged for lawn treatments that were never done. I have five outdoor cameras, and not one shows anyone from Fairway performing any service on my property. When I contacted them, they admitted that a previous charge was for work that was never completed and agreed to refund that payment. However, this latest incident shows that the same issue has happened again. To make matters worse, my neighbor received 2 lawn treatments even though she isn’t even a customer, likely because her address is similar to mine. At this point, I have completely lost trust in this company. If they can make these mistakes with me, they can do it to anyone. Fairway Lawn Services has shown they cannot be trusted to deliver the service you’re paying for

Fairway has serviced our lawn for a few years now and I’m very happy with the results. I did try a different company at one point but went back to Fairway. Additionally, our dogs have access to a dog door and I love that they always phone or text to make sure the dogs are up before they treat our yard. I highly recommend them!
