Sheldon and his team are simply amazing! I had several other companies bid a job to replace my furnace and outdoor air unit. The other companies sent salesman to my home and quotes that were $10k higher than Fairway. I got Sheldon’s card from another business owner I know and he instantly put me at ease. I hired him for the job and he and his team completed it timely and went above and beyond. They exceeded my expectations in every way! Thank you so much for being kind and honest! Was grateful for Fairway heating and cooling when I needed assistance quickly with my air conditioner. Staff was courteous, responsive, and professional. I had a technician assist me over the phone before they even came out to try to troubleshoot and see if it was something I could fix on my own Once a technician came out, he was able to troubleshoot fairly quickly and kept me informed of the process. He shared the problem in layman’s terms which I appreciated. I did not feel that I was overcharged. I will absolutely contact them in the future if needed.

Sheldon is absolutely phenomenal and extremely thorough. I made a post on a local group that our hot water heater wasn’t working and I was concerned with my husband being deployed and having 2 children at home. I had no idea what to do. He quickly came out, assessed the issue and fixed it for me. As for as I’m concerned, there is no one else that could do a better job and I will recommend him to everyone.
