Haven't bought carpet in almost 40 years. John brought me up-to-date on carpeting terms and technology. Good thing because I would have bought something I didn't need. He helped me choose something that would work for me and was within my budget. Installation: two bedrooms, closets, hall, and stairway. The crew did a beautiful job. Can't see any of the seams, everything is smooth not a wrinkle anywhere. I'm glad I went with them and not a big box store. I got excellent service.

Extraordinarily patient. Let us take samples home multiple times. We got sick and didn't bring them back on time. No one was upset. We ordered flooring from them more than once because a package was delivered fractured. They have been very efficient. We bought Marsh LVT Coretec and sure enough, it is 0 VOC, asthmatic and migraine friendly. I didn't even get sick after shopping. Cool. I would not call it cat or dog friendly; the dog slips and slides, and the cat looks like a ball of static. Overall, the floor went in very nicely and we're pleased. Probably wouldn't buy this company floor again; didn't like the graffiti initials inside the coloring. Coretec refused to let us purchase the one missing plank so we spent $300 on a box to match. Love this store. Not very pleased with Coretec.

Just had Fairway Tile install commercial vinyl tile into my business. Super happy with how everything turned out, Glad I was able to support a local Clawson Business also. Clean & efficient install by a couple of Knowledgeable guys. I won’t hesitate to recommend Fairway to anyone who asks about our flooring!!

Superb products, superb installation, superb service. We remodeled the kitchen in our 60 year old home and used Fairway for our tile shop. We looked at a number of tile stores from big box to small mom and pop's. Fairway proved the best. The tile itself is gorgeous, and its quality excels. Our tile is porcelain with a wood design, it comes in narrow pieces which are three feet long. Our 60 year old floor, unfortunately, was not as flat as we had all thought, and the installer (a superb contractor himself} went the extra mile to make sure the install went as smoothly as possible. There were some issues as the thin-set settled, and a few tiles popped up. Phil, our technician came in and easily, and without question, replaced the tiles.
