Very unimpressed by the "work" done by Jay. We were having problems with our hot water heater and our Landlord called Faith Plumbing and Jay came the next day. He said he would be back the next morning to fix the problem. He did show up and spent 15 minutes "fixing" the problem. 2 hours later after paying him $90 it was broke again so my landlord called and said it was broke again and he said he would be back the next morning to replace the entire hot water heater. He told her it would be $1800 to replace it. The next morning he never showed so my landlord called him and he said he forgot to come and he would be there the following morning and he would take an hour off the work he would do. Had CJ Davis do work for me in repairing an older shower plumbing issue. He did a professional and excellent job! Would definitely use him again on a plumbing issue.

They came and looked at the job, promised to come back the next day and replace the hot water heater, then never showed back up, and didn’t respond to repeated calls or texts. VERY unprofessional. Terrible customer relations. Don’t waste your time with them.

Thankful for Jay at Faith Plumbing! He was here within 2 hrs of calling, had it fixed and cleaned up in less than an hour!
