Faithful Roofing and Contracting

I am selling a home. The buyer’s realtor, Erin Brady, hired Faithful Roofing and Contracting to inspect the roof. Faithful Roofing stated there was extensive hail damage and that the roof needed to be fully replaced. Based on this report, I submitted an insurance claim assuming the inspection was accurate. I also agreed, per Erin Brady's insistence, that Faithful Roofing and Contracting can perform the roof replacement. The insurance company inspected the roof and found no hail damage and determined the roof did not need to be replaced. Because this was the opinion of the insurance company, two additional independent roofing companies inspected the roof. I am very impressed with this company...and I want to give a shout out to TJ Chavez in particular! We had hail damage on our roof home and property. We just had the roof replaced and I am very impressed. Great job, but the clean up was phenomenal. I have never seen a company do such a fantastic job. I am very pleased with everyone I have worked with at Faithful Roofing and Restoration, but TJ has been very helpful, professional and treats his customers like family. Faithful Roofing is an amazing locally owned company! Their communication is always great. They goi above and beyond for clients of mine. If we need items repaired or replaced ASAP for a real estate deal, they are always ON IT and get it done. The owner Lucas is very involved and gives back to our community. Selling a house is so stressful and this company is the shining light in the midst of chaos of that selling process! John was outstanding and informative, meeting up with adjusters and never faltered or said no. Then TJ Chavez came out and did the work to get the roof certified!
