I'd like to complain that the person who schedules appointment is extremely rude and just hangs up as they wish. There is a problem with either training or recruiting here. Very poor quality. How hard is it to be polite to schedule an appointment with a customer?
Unethical and rude. Technician dropped a piece of equipment and damaged our floor. He denied it. When I called Falco, to report, rep hung up on me because I said I was going to write a negative review.
