We recently built a new home in the country and spiders and scorpions are a concern. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and they showed up the next day with chemicals specific to my needs. Kyle, their representative, was quick but thorough, friendly and professional. I didn’t have to leave the house for any amount of time which is awesome. All in all this was a super easy and nice experience. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Mark who came to check for termites (annual) showed up a few minutes early and got to work checking all the places termites might be or signs of them might be. I watched him go through his outside routine from my office window. If there were any termites around, Mark was going to find them. He was very professional, friendly and made you feel like you were a long time friend and you knew when he left he had taken good care of you. Mark is an outstanding representative for your company. Do not work with Falco if you want a pest removed. We have a squirrel in the attic, so we called Falco. We paid Falco to tell us this, even though we already knew it. He then sealed the squirrel into the attic. This "professional", whose job it is to REMOVE PESTS, then advised that we leave open the attic and garage, and that the squirrel would eventually make its way out. He also said that he could not go back and place a trap because he doesn't have any. That's right - a pest removal professional who not only doesn't have any traps, but also will charge you to seal a pest INTO your own home. Bonus points: he's also a dismissive chauvinist, who will suggest to your husband that you're a nag for, I don't know, calling him to do what he was paid to do the first time.

Falco has taken care of my 2 properties for the last couple years and I love the sincere customer service this company provides. Lisa in billing and Matt the most amazing rep you can find.
