I’d like to thank Falcon for their over the top customer service and professionalism. Armand and Kelly were pleasant to work with and a great help. The installation went smoothly and the final product looks amazing, I’ve been extremely happy with the Mohawk flooring so far! Best prices in town after 4 quotes!!

After doing multiple quotes with many companies, I finally picked Falcon Floor. Falcon Floor did great with my new carpet replacement/ installation for two bedrooms. Ms. Kelly was helpful and assisted throughout the process from start to finish. She went beyond and helped me get a carpet they didn’t have in the catalog. I love my new carpets! I’m so happy with this purchase and the company. The installation went smoothly, with no damage in the process. I would recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Falcon Flooring and especially with Kelly. She walked me through the LVP options and the install process. The price was less than I was expecting and the installer was able to finish in a day and a half. Like all renovations, concerns come up - and Kelly and the installer were easy to work with to get those things resolved. Will absolutely recommend Falcon Flooring to my friends and family.

Avoid this place. They will give you a price that they “guarantee” but once work starts they will back track on the agreement and start charging more and more. We got pricing from them, paid, and once work began, they would say things like “leveling is included in the price but you have to pay additional for the cement”(something never discussed during our pricing conversation). They also charged us for additional items that they never discussed during the pricing. They scam you with low prices to get you locked in and once you’re in a situation where you can’t back out because they’re already in your house working, they begin adding charges because you can’t say no. I specifically want to recognize Kelly, who spent all the time with me, answering my long list of questions with expertise, giving me honest and direct guidance, and then providing me the best quality with the best price possible. She went above and beyond to make me satisfied with my order. I am attaching a photo with the remodeling still going on but I didn’t want to wait longer to give a 5-star review for Falcon Flooring.
