Highly recommend Falcon Moving! We hired them to pack our 2 br apartment. From the quoting/estimate process to their crew actually showing up, they were very communicative and upfront. Alex and Tim arrived on time and got to work right away. They were friendly and made sure to confirm we didn’t need anything before packing it up. They handled all our items carefully and labeled all the boxes. We have a cat and they were very accommodating to her still being there while they packed things up. They were awesome! I hope my experience will help you make an informed decision when booking, because unfortunately, my move with Falcon was extremely disappointing. FIRST, PACKING: I had two movers, one older and one much younger, and I could tell immediately that the younger mover did not have as much experience. During the initial process of wrapping items, the older mover had to instruct the younger mover on which items to wrap and how to wrap efficiently. Level of expertise is not an issue for me, as everyone has to start somewhere, but that does eat into my time of paying per hour. Additionally, they were very unprofessional when I had to ask them to shrink-wrap specific items. For example, I asked them to wrap a small portable treadmill because it was raining outside and I did not want it to get wet.

Falcon moving is amazing! I had Tim and Robert and from the second they stepped foot in my house they were working fast and efficiently. I initially chose Falcon for their prices but I would choose them again for their quality. They took such good care of my things and provided me with a fast and efficient move.
