I had a wonderful experience with Falcon Railings from start to finish. My initial phone call received an immediate response. Henry gave me a same-day quote and stayed in touch to ensure timely order and delivery. He and Ryan worked with my contractor to ensure proper installation. Most importantly, the railings are beautiful! Big thumbs up to this great company!

Henry and his team were punctual, professional, and will commit to getting the job done to ensure that you are happy. I had glass railings installed, they are different than the typical glass railings you may come across. Regardless if you find competitive pricing, you get what you pay for. Falcon Railings Atlanta was worth every penny.

Henry and his team were grossly incompetent. Failed to install correctly on multiple attempts. On the final visit they failed to get the angle correct on the lower railing resulting in a piece of glass that almost a foot higher than the rest of adjacent panel. The photo attached shows the upper landing and the lower landing and the difference is obvious. Further after their failed installation attempt they failed to call me to schedule an appointment and now refuse to do the work. On our outdoor deck railing no only are a couple of the panels at an angle and not straight, but one panel is slipping out of the support pylon due to improper installation resulting in a safety risk.
