Simon's had the part I needed in stock when the many other suppliers in my area did not even carry it. It was well worth the drive. The guys in the parts department were very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped track down the part over the phone and put it on hold for me to pick up. They noticed I drove an hour and told me the next time I needed a part, they would ship it to me. The service was fantastic. I would absolutely recommend Simon's.

The worst experience in the world,terrible customer service bought an submersible well pump from them myself a licensed construction supervisor in state of ma an a licensed Electrian (ma,RI) installed it today after putting the pump back into the well it did not work pulled it out again made every attempted to find out what was wrong , turned out to be the submersible pump . Went back to simons to return for another one an was told by the sale person that there is no way the pump is no good iwent on to explain that it’s three wire the pump doesn’t work ,again I was told that it’s not the pump an this is why we can’t sell to residential people, well I Inturned told him that there is no licence for well pump installer an once the pump is installed that they should be calling an Electrian to
