Falling Timbers Tree Service

I had paid Joe, the owner of Falling Timbers $1500 to have both a pile of dead trees AND 2 fallen trees to be removed/transferred to my backyard. There's a document that I signed which agrees to that. After transferring the 2 trees from my side yard to my back yard, Joe claimed that there was a ditch about 5-6 ft deep with a bunch of dead trees and debris near the pile of dead trees in my front yard. He proceeded to say that he needed to charge me another $1500 if I ALSO wanted to get all the trees out of that ditch and have everything burned at the same time. I agreed to this without further research because I just wanted all of these dead trees off my yard. He said he would be back to take care of the trees the following week but he never showed, giving excuses about how we needed a burn

I must brag about the amazing experience I had with Falling Timbers. I needed some tree services done in a timely manner for an event on my property and only had a couple days to have it completed. I contacted Joe and made him aware of my situation. He was out to my house with a quote for the job within the hour. His crew began working that afternoon and had the job completely finished and cleaned up by the following evening. They were a joy to work with and very reasonably priced. Excellent tree removal company!! Our home was hit with a huge tree that was uprooted from the recent storm on 06/21. My husband called and spoke with Joe and he and his crew were there within just a couple days. They did have to use a crane to remove the tree, but they did remove the tree safely and efficiently!! I would recommend them and definitely would use there services again!!

Falling Timbers Tree Service did a great job removing a large oak from my front yard. They were very professional, handled the job quickly, and did a good job cleaning up. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I used Falling Timbers 5 years ago and had a fantastic experience, so they were my first call when more work needed to be done. The job was much more involved this time. Joe came out assessed the job and gave me a quote. He and his crew removed numerous large trees, ground stumps, cleared overgrowth at the back of my property, leveled out the entire area, and addressed an erosion issue with my creek bank.
