Reached out for a rush delivery and the two representatives did everything in their power to make that happen. I cannot say how appreciative they listened and were willing help with a solution. I cannot recommend Falls Home Oil enough! After accidentally running out of fuel during a brutal cold snap with -7° temperatures, I called everywhere and no one else was willing to come out. Falls Home Oil stepped up immediately. Their team was incredibly nice, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. They truly saved the day and kept my home warm when I needed it most. Five stars isn't enough!

Fantastic people great service get your oil if not the same day usually, the next day they showed up at my house, filled my tank and cleaned my air vent. I never knew it needed to be clean. Man showed me how and was very polite.

Our boiler has ran harder these past few months than it has at this time of year in the last 4 years. We usually fill in October and April. We ran out of oil today for the first time ever and temps were -10 outside. Falls Home Oil was able to get to us within hours after calling. We were a first time customer and will now be a forever customer. They came to us in an emergency situation and we couldn’t be more grateful.

I have been using Falls for about two and half years now for 200-250 gallons of home fuel oil delivery. Always helpful and friendly over the phone. Have never been home when delivery is actually made, but they leave no sign of being there besides a bill on the door and a full fuel tank. Will even try to get a same or next day delivery in a pinch! Would highly recommend!!
