Falso Service Experts

What happened during my first (and last) interaction with Falso Service Experts was not just bad service. It was dangerous and negligent. I had them come out to evaluate my furnace, knowing it would need to be replaced soon. The technician who arrived spent time tinkering with my system, including the hot water tank which was not the reason I had them come out. At some point, he shut my furnace off. He never turned it back on. He never told me he had turned it off. He left my home that way. We are experiencing negative temperatures. Leaving a home without heat in these conditions is reckless. I only realized something was wrong later when it was freezing upstairs and my thermostat was showing an error. I had to troubleshoot and turn my furnace back on myself. We had a team come out same day to diagnose our furnace, then another team came out the next day to replace our furnace! Both teams were incredibly informative, kind, respectful and helpful! Getting set up with a whole new furnace after just buying our home was extremely stressful, but these gentleman made it a smooth transition! We are so appreciative to have a warm home again!

UPDATE UPDATE!! It has been over six weeks and I’ve never received my refund!!! I’ve spoken to their “biller” twice. She said she pushed it up to their “admin” because the check must be lost in the mail. When I demanded to know how much longer that was going to take to replace a check she kept cutting me off and kept repeating something about “it’s processing”. Then, when I asked to speak to their admin she said she couldn’t give me her number and then promptly changed her tune and gave me the name and number. I’m not calling. I shouldn’t have to keep calling MULTIPLE TIMES for a check that was supposedly approved on December 23rd!!! I should get all of my money back at this point!!! RUN.AWAY. UPDATE: The owner reached out to me personally and profusely apologize and gave me a 50% refund

Falso came when my original installer did not have time for me and I called in the early afternoon. The house was already cold and the outside temps were dropping, as they do here in CNY. Justin and his tech were extremely professional and patient with my questions. Justin even provided a space heater for me to use over night and until the new furnace was installed the very next morning. The installation team showed up at 8:30 am the next day and had a brand new furnace installed and my house warm by 2 pm. Vey friendly, professional and clean 2 man crew, answered all my questions.

They will try to convince you to get services that are not required. Also a simple snaking of a pipe should not be close to $1,000. We had a clog in our pipe from buildup over time and asked if they could snake it. The man proceeds to tell me that he wants to use a camera first which will cost around $600. Why not snake it first and then if it doesn’t help then try the camera? I told him I didn’t want to do either and instead we had a local plumber come to get the job done. Paid half for what this company wanted to charge and everything is fixed. Just be aware and don’t let them scare you into paying for services you do not even need. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I’m tired of places like this trying to scam people (especially women) out of their money. Please do better, thank you.
