** 0 stars if it was possible. John Fam of Fam Construction bold faced lied to me after meeting with him over a construction road sign demolishing my car. He continued to undermine me saying he could not find a sign I had hit, almost as if I drove over 10 miles from my current jobsite with my rear bumper 3/4s hanging off... He completely pushed me off onto Vdot, where I would have to make a claim with them online only. Instead of providing insurance information to my auto insurance on the spot. I should have called the police that moment. If you ever have a issue with this company I would IMMEDIATELY involve police. Vdot denied the claim and now progressive auto insurance is in its long process to sue and have my vehicle fixed.

I called Fam Construction last night about the I 66 wall renovation, as they where removing the noise barrier at around 10:15 PM. Whoever answered the phone repeatedly cursed, said the N word, and then hung up on me and told me “don’t Fing call me at 10PM”
