I have been using Family Doors for many years now. They have serviced our commercial building and my home. Replaced a garage door for us as well. Response time is always good, scheduling is always in a good time frame and the service is always top notch and done correctly. Very informative and upfront with what is going on and what is needed. They are not going to sell you something you do not need and that for me is where my business was gained. I was told by 4 other places I needed a new garage door at my old house. They came out and explained what was going on and simply told me I needed an added brace to fix the issue. They had me back up and running with no issues. My garage door when closing was only closing so far and reversing back up so I googled companies near me read there reviews and gave them a call. Within about a hour Nathan came spotted the problem with the sensors not properly lined and fixed the issue immediately. Nathan arrived for the estimate on time and gave us straight-forward pricing that didn’t leave us guessing if we were being sold a hill of beans or getting an honest price for an honest job. He was very responsive to questions and calls while we waited for installation and while we’ve had a lot of storms the last two weeks, our garage door was still able to be installed on the date provided. The team member who installed the door arrived right on time and quickly and efficiently removed and replaced our garage door and disposed of the old one. Our bill came to the price we were quoted with no surprise charges and we are very happy both with the door and the service! 12/10 would recommend again!
