Excellent work!! After a dishwasher leak, the old flooring in the kitchen became quite mushy. Upon further review, a section of the old flooring needed to be replaced. Chuck and Cindi did a super job helping me select new flooring, repairing the minor damage, and installing the new flooring. Chuck and Cindi are some of the nicest people I’ve met. Their store has an amazing supply of samples and options, and what I like best is through their range of products they supply only high-quality proven materials, they don’t advertise any low-grade, prone-to-failure products. They stand behind their products and installation. I bought LVP and carpet through them and am highly satisfied with the quality, the installation was quick, smooth and professional. They are wonderful people and run a fabulous business. 10/10 recommend!

We had the most wonderful experience with Family Flooring. They did a fabulous job on our carpet. I picked a carpet with a pattern which made for challenging seams. Chuck and Keith did a great job and our carpet is beautiful. Cindi in the office was excellent to work with - great, straightforward communication. Chuck is so kind, in fact, my husband was laying vinyl plank in another room of the house and Chuck took the time to give him some tips and even loaned my husband a cutting tool. Cindi and Chuck are phenomenal. They go above and beyond to find the best flooring for you and you needs. We have a really small house but needed something that would withstand kids, dogs, and LIFE! I’m so happy with the choice Cindi helped me make. Chuck was on the cusp of a knee surgery but worked hard to fit us into his install schedule much sooner than expected and did a great job. I will alway recommend them. We are lucky to have them in boundary county
