I do property management. I called this guy off the internet because he had great reviews, he did a terrific job he did it at what I considered a fair price, and he did it I think same day or next day which was amazing. I had to have a 275 tank removed and I'll keep this guy in mind for anything I need done. He was a gem that I found and I'll keep 'em on my list for any other work I need done. He did what he said he was going to do, did it right, got there when he said he was going to be there actually a little early and did a terrific job I can't give him enough praise. He is on my list of trusted companies.

Professional and courteous service. He was recommended to me from a friend. Rob was very responsive and came to the rescue at last moment's notice. I had no heat and he was able to resolve it in 10 minutes. My home went from freezing cold to warm and toasty, in no time. He was our angel during our first snow of the season. I definitely recommend his service.

My old fuel oil company informed they were losing down at the end of November. I did some research and read that some of the big name suppliers had some negative reviews. I then came across Family Fuel and Heating i called and scheduled an appointment for them to come and inspect my system. I remembered i had an issue with one of the rooms not getting heat last winter. Rob the owner came over to do the inspection, I told him about the problem. He quickly diagnosed it, went to his service truck and replaced the needed parts and the problem was solved. He charged me what I feel was a fair price. Im glad I chose them as my heating supply company

I contacted Family Heating and Fuel this morning as my heat was not working last night. They answered my call right away and fit me into their schedule today to come by and check up on my system. We had a sensor that wasn’t working and it was fixed quickly and the heat turned on. Thank you for your professionalism and quick work! I highly recommend using them for all heating and fuel needs.

Rob at Family Fuel and Heating responded to an emergency call and saved my daughters house from certain frozen pipes! He was able to get a delivery of oil to the house a few hours after we called, and met us there to be sure all was well.
