I had a great experience with Family HVAC. They arrived on time to install my new AC and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. They were very respectful of my home and put down protective cloths to keep my floors clean. The installation went smoothly, and I’m very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend them.

I asked for an estimate when Brew, their technician came to my home and quickly identified the problem. Instead, they said they don't do repairs and sent me an estimate for over $17,000 to replace the system. I contacted a local HVAC licensed contractor who gave me a price of $2,000 to repair the system. I've read so many posts on here how wonderful their service was. Their repairs were done impeccably. However, trying to sell me a $17,833 unit instead of repairing mine, shows they aren't family friendly at all. UPDATE: after the company saw my post, they wanted to return the $49 that SOMEONE ELSE paid for without my knowledge, if I would take down my post. I refused because the $49 had nothing to do with me and their refusal to repair my system and replace it with an expensive system. Th

We discovered that our furnace was inoperable through another company on Friday. On Monday morning I called Family and talked to Keli. This was the beginning of what has been an amazing stressless experience. Keli sensed the urgency and immediately put me at ease. Within 3 hours, a courteous technician had a fair estimate. They were understanding of our special financial needs and never one where we made to feel uncomfortable. By Wednesday afternoon, we had a brand new HVAC system for the exact price quoted no surprises. This was the easiest experience of this type I’ve ever had. This company truly understands that services about relationships and they have made a customer for life. I highly recommend Family Heating and air conditioning for any of your needs.

Found FamilyHVAC due to an AC emergency and have used them ever since. Yesterday they helped me replace my whole HVAC system quickly and affordably. The whole company is great at communicating and Brew was knowledgeable, helpful, and good with my animals to boot. Vasil removed and installed my whole system in a single day and it was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. Couldn't recommend them enough.

We've only had one service call with them, but so far have been impressed with their website, the office rep, and our HVAC tech. Interactions were pleasant and professional, our furnace problem quickly went away, and the price was lower than I'd expected. It was the day after the first winter storm of the season. I called them Tuesday at 2PM and since the temp in our house was slowly falling, they had a tech here Wednesday at 10AM. Just 20 hours! Sure sounds like five stars to me.
