Over the course of 2 days, Brian, Brian, Kyle, and Rich installed a furnace, blower, humidifier, air cleaner, air conditioner, replacement copper line, line hides, thermostat and ductwork - to name most of the line items. They accomplished the job within the timeline that was communicated to me and Brian went over the components and configuration of the system with me. I found their pricing to be reasonable, had a positive service experience and hope to continue having positive things to say about Family for years to come.

Gary and Steve did an exceptional job! They came out to replace my hot water tank and while here they noticed my furnace wasn’t running correctly! With permission to check it out they were able to find the issue and got it fixed right away! I’m so grateful and now my house has been staying nice and warm during this cold time of year! Excellent service !!! Esam was very professional. Very hospitable. He had both my generator and tankless water heater yearly serviced. Very professional, and timely! I always use family. I purchased a Carrier furnace from Family Heating & Cooling because they had the best price, are located close to my home, and I’ve had good service from them in the past. The installation took about 6 hours and was completed on time. Unfortunately, the furnace stopped working after about 2 hours. I called them the next morning, and a technician came out within 3 hours, which I really appreciated. He spent a little over an hour troubleshooting and fixing the issue. At first, he thought the problem was related to the Ecobee wireless setup and adjusted the wiring, but then he found the real issue—a screw blocking the motor. Once that was fixed, the furnace ran perfectly. While it was frustrating to have an issue with a brand-new furnace, their quick response and thorough repair made things
