This is definitely one of the worst companies I have ever encountered. My home warranty company HSA contracted this vendor to come to my home to fix my heating issue. The tech came out February 8th because my hvac system stopped working. The temperature was 16 degress in my home, he told my husband the unit was rusted and needed to be replaced and he was able to temporarily get my heat back on but told my husband it will likely go out again. We are located in Delaware where the temperatures are dangerous and a snow blizzard is in affect. On 2/22/26 my heat went out again. I called Family heating and cooling whom by the way NEVER has a live person to answer your calls...you always have to leave a message even when you call during their posted working hours. Dominick was professional in every regard, listened, and methodically went through a system check looking at everything that might be an issue. Family checked all the boxes for us to have here again as a dependable and fully capable service company if Dominick is an example of their high standard of care and competence.
