Family Pool Maintenance

We’re newbies to pools—just bought a house with our first inground pool and fortunately Mark did the pool inspection and repairs. He’s def an expert! He even went out of his way to deliver the robot he recommended and gave us a crash course. I actually feel like I know what I’m doing now (but still going to keep his number handy)!

I recently had a liner issue with my above ground pool. I called Family Pools and was scheduled within a couple of weeks during their busy time of year. From the customer service, the repair and the price was excellent. Kristen was in contact with me constantly with updates when they would be coming. Customer service like this rarely exists anymore. The 2 techs came when scheduled and completed the repair quickly and correctly. I was even sent pictures of before and after the repair. The price of the repair was more than fair. If you need any pool work this is the company to call.

Family Pool Maintenance came out to help me after my husband passed at the end of last summer. They made sure our pool was closed properly and scheduled us for our opening. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed service, they were right there for us.
