Family Stores True Value

You know, people complain the big box multinational stores have taken over the world. At least in the Retail space. Well, there’s a reason for that. They cater to customers’ needs more than mom and pop shops choose to do these days. According to the hours on Google, the store is open. It’s not. Apparently they’re closed on Sundays. Why would I choose to shop at a store that’s presumably locally owned, if they’re not going to cater to the people who actually shop at them? There are several issues with this. The first is clearly the store is not paying attention to their online presence. They would know the hours were listed incorrectly and they would do something about getting it fixed. This is by far the BEST place to purchase school uniforms. They have an incredible selection at unbeatable prices. The friendly staff asked me what school I needed the uniform for, and they immediately knew what the colors were. They have a great selection of sizes, and will let your child try it on to make sure it fits. They also have embroidered shirts with the logos of basically every school in the area. I also cannot believe the amazing price. It would have cost double to order polos online from Amazon.

Family stores is so cool. It's kind of like a mini hardware store that also has a decent sized clothes section. Also half of the store is completely dedicated to school uniforms so it's a good place to go if you still have kids going to school. I also thought the customer service was great, the employees are always willing to help find anything i need.

Family Stores. What does it mean to be part of a family? I've asked myself this question time and time again and today, I feel like I can finally answer it. When I walked in, I was immediately hugged by a small and freakishly short girl at the front counter. After I got over my initial shock, I realized how much I needed that hug. The dwarf asked me if I needed help finding anything and I gleefully told her, "No. You have given more than I could ever need!!!!" We bonded that day, heart to heart, like true sisters. Did I ever think that I would end up in this situation talking to this strange little girl who was working at the front of a retail store? No. But am I glad I got here? Of course.
