Great experience with Ruben! Very professional and he knows his stuff. He made sure that we understood everything in the report before sending it over to us. He also does the reports as he is working which was great because it delayed no time in our closing process. What was even better was Ruben came to our house complimentary during our final walkthrough to just make sure all was still good! Highly recommend using him!

Ruben is the real deal! He was recommended to me by my real estate agent so I gave him a go.
