HORRIBLE BUSINESS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SHOULD HAVE BELIEVED THE REVIEWS AS STATED! THIS BUSINESS NEEDS BETTER INDIVIDUALS TO ANSWER THE PHONES!! YOU ARE LOSING BUSINESS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THIS PLACE. THE WOMAN BARELY SPOKE BEFORE PUTTING ME ON HOLD! THE SECOND TIME I CALLED BACK I WAS DIRECTED IMMEDIATELY TO VOICE..... BAD BUSINESS ETHIC!
I called twice to schedule a quote for an oven repair. The first time they answered then hung up. The second time I heard two females chatting and giggling in the background before they hung up. If this is what they call customer service I don't want to see what they call service repair.
