Fargo Fix It Handyman Services

We had new carpet installed and I hired him to shorten and adjust some of the doors. He was late and very unprofessional. He walked in with wet shoes, used a sander which left piles of sawdust on the carpets and used my Dyson stick vacuum to try cleaning it up and plugged it. He should have had his own cleaning equipment and supplies to make the job less messy. I can still see spots in the carpet from sawdust that won't come up. He knew that the doors should have been removed and taken to the garage to work on. He also charged his hourly labor rate for drive time. The invoice should have been for 2 hours of labor and trip charge. He charged for 4 hours of labor and trip charge.

Mr. Walker was great. After an early snow this year my wife notice we had a roof leak when it began to thaw. After an hour of trying to find a roofing company or repair service that would come out to look at it this time of year Mr. Walker didn't hesitate and agrees to give it a look. Roof leaks can be very difficult but Mr. Walker was able to isolate the source and patch it up. The thing that impressed me the most was that after he made the repairs he gave us options if the leak comes back in the future (this is the second time we've had this part of our roofed worked on). I highly recommend Mr. Walker' s services.

Brian was on time and very professional. Installed a kitchen water faucet in a timely fashion without any hiccups. And he did a small side job as he was getting ready to leave. I highly recommend Brian for any household repairs!
