On Google reviews, the owner has previously stated: "As a company, we strive to show our care in every project that we take on." I told the installers this was unacceptable. I emailed my salesperson the same. In my opinion, for $580 I expect better than this, and (again, my opinion) believe any reasonable person would as well.

I orderd 2 mirrors, no beveling, just rectangle, for my wife's china hutch on the 8th of August and as of today, the 22nd of August, they still haven't started on them so I cancelled the order as Nelson glass said they would be ready this Monday. Evidentally, Fargo Glass and Paint doesn't give a crap about doing business with the Fargo/Moorhead residential people.

Isaac was a huge help making sure my windows were repaired quickly. He offered fantastic customer service and made the entire process seamless. 10/10 - would recommend.

Super helpful team in the glass/hardware department. I even had to have their service team out for some work, and they were great. Very polite, and got the job done very smoothly. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Whoever is driving your semi truck is super respectful. Like I would assume he’s been in Los Angeles of how he drives. I was trying to make a left turn and he made room for me by not blocking the entrance while he is waiting for the light to turn green on his end, which most people in North Dakota don’t think about it like that. So thank you 🙏
