0 Stars — Extremely Disappointed with Fargo Roofing and Siding Fargo Roofing and Siding roofed my house on June 13, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. During the project, they left part of my roof open while it was raining, which caused water spots on my brand new ceiling tiles. They did pay for that damage, but that was only the beginning of several serious issues. The project consultant, Ryan, told me the house “was not structurally level” or that my “fascia boards were warped” when I pointed out that part of the roofline didn’t look right. When Mike, a manager, came out to inspect the problem, he discovered that the drip edge had been installed on top of planter holders instead of removing them or asking me to do so. I wanted to share how happy I am with the work done by Fargo Roofing & Siding. They recently replaced the roof on my house, and I’m really pleased with everything. The team was professional and got the job done quickly. The quality of their work was great. I especially want to mention the crew. Brian, the crew chief, knew exactly what he was doing and made sure everything was perfect. Andy, the job supervisor, kept me updated throughout the project. Customer service was great right from the first phone call I made for help. James Kast called me back right away and was here within an hour of my first phone call. James was very efficient, friendly and explained everything he found. Turned out vent cap I found on the ground after a strong wind came from my neighbors roof not mine. I wasn’t charged anything for his time even though I offered. If I ever need roof or siding work done, I will be hiring this company!

Fargo Roofing and Siding have been absolutely amazing to work with! They have gone above and beyond to work with us. Even though we didn't have our insurance check in from the storm damage, because of the necessity of getting the roof repaired ASAP they fixed our roof even though they hadn't received the down payment yet! What type of company does that in the modern world, I couldn't' believe it! You guys are absolutely amazing! They did a perfect job repairing our roof after the June 20th windstorm. They were extremely pleasant to work with, very professional and on top of things. It put me at peace knowing they are a company I could trust to do a great job to repair our roof. What a professional team to work with! It really is as simple as saying what, why, and how you will do the job and then doing it right. Excellent communication along the way. A very good job of cleaning up when they were finished. I would absolutely trust them to do work for us again, but hope that it never again becomes necessary.
