Farm Bureau Exposition Center

First time being here for a Cheer competition. Venue/parking was small. Other than that it was really nice. Lots more kid friendly food options... Love that they had fruit! Prices for canned drinks were $3 😬 but food prices were reasonable!

This was a good spot for our BMW national rally. There was about 5000 bikers spread out all over the grounds and various buildings. The Farm Bureau is located near many hotels, restaurants, attractions, and motorcycle routes.

We went to Akiacon!!!! This beautiful building is perfect for just such as this!! Huge rooms where stages can be set up or vendor booths located!! Small rooms for panels or small group gatherings!! The restrooms were clean, always stocked, and easily accessible!! We enjoyed our visit immensely!!!

I have visited this quilt show the past 3 years. I have been a quilter almost 30 years and haven't found much new at this show. It is a great place for new quilters to get a taste of what is popular in the quilting world. Very few gadgets were at any of these shows. I look to replace my little snippers, bobbins for my machines, rotary blades, new types of rulers and amazing patterns. There wasn't any of these things there this year. I didn't buy a thing other than my ticket. The quilts were amazing but like last year a lot of them were applique. They did have a new display of repurposed wedding dresses that were nice to see. I stopped garment sewing when I started quilting so it wasn't something that I would get into. The classes were out of my budget so did not sign up for any. Will look

Very cool place to visit. 1st time at this particular location and it was nicely put together. All the vendors were super nice and friendly. Reptile people are some of the coolest human beings you'll come across. I came for frozen rats and ended up staying 2 hours talking! My son loved it there fir we got ourselves a banana cinnamon Python!!
