Farr Better Plumbing

Granted we had a scheduling discrepancy at first. Would recommend farr better plumbing to anyone for loyal hard working and fast! Replaced 2 stools in and out hour and 15 with no mess and they took the old stools. Was cheaper than using lowes installation services. Wish I could rember the young man that did the installation he did a heck of a job!!!

Thursday 1/22/2026 when I got home from work I noticed a large puddle of water in my front yard. My 83 yr old Mom and I live together so I can take care of her and she told me she had been calling City Utilities to come out and see what’s going on. After several calls throughout the day from 10am they came at 6:30pm and turned the water off at the main and told us to call a plumber. The man said we were loosing 11gallons of water per minute!! I called and made an appointment with another company for Friday morning. After going to bed something woke me up and told me to look for another company then the one I chose originally. Farr Better did the plumbing in our brand new restaurant 3 years ago and we have had nothing but problems. We spent the extra money and went with all copper because of the benefits and reliability. Problems started the week before we opened, when our dining room flooded. They didn't solder a joint in the wall and when they turned the water on it flooded our dining room... So we opened our brand new restaurant with a whole in the wall. Since then we have had 6 leaking solder joints in various places around the building costing a couple thousand dollars thus "farr" to repair. Two have been directly above 2x4 LED lights that had to be replaced. They only honor a one year warranty. Horrible experience and will never again choose Farr Better. Farr better did a fantastic job for the fraction of the price of their competitors! I know for a fact that statement is true. My sister in law had the same exact job done at her house by another company. They did it wrong and still charged her 3 times the amount Farr better charged me. And Farr Better did it right the first time. I will always use Farr better based on this job!
