Farrell Insulation

We had insulation installed in our home through the Duke Energy program and when the company came out they broke are alarm door sensor which cost $150 to fix I have spoken to a representative about this issue and was told that they will refer the concern to management and every time I call back regarding the incident I am not giving any information and continuously told that they have sent the issue to management and someone will contact me back within the next few days. The issue is no one ever contact me back and they will not allow me to speak to anyone else. This incident occurred in October 2025 and it is now January of 2026 have you yet to get anyone to contact me back. Alex and Alexis were so nice. They were professional and worked well with each other. They definitely left my place better than when they first arrived. I am very pleased with them and their work ethic’s.

Any repairs or updates that needed to happen they made sure I was aware and that they had the permission to move forward. They walked me through each step and let me know of any self efficient ways to control such.

Alex and Aleslxis winterized my home per the Duke Energy Saver Program. They were excellent. They explained the steps they would take to do the assessment. They answered the questions I had. They were both polite and professional. I felt comfortable having them in my home as I am a widow. David, their supervisor was also professional and polite. He answered some questions that I had forgot to ask the "A" team. 🙂 If I have future weatherization needs, I will contact Farrell.
