I had a leak on a water heater pipe joint that required repair. Adam was very thorough and professional as he diagnosed my repair, which revealed , after investigation, that the water heater itself required replacement too. He offered options and discussed the costs so that I could make an informed decision. As the repairs began, he was careful to minimize the mess and any damages the repair could create. Afterward, he cleaned up. I am very pleased with the repairs and work done and recommend Farrell Plumbing. Ask for Adam, he was great.

Adam arrived promptly and I was notified prior that he was on his way. What a wonderful professional he is. He evaluated my problem offered me options and gave a fair price. He completed the project in good time. I am very happy with Adam's work and with Farrell Plumbing! I have a few more plumbing projects that I have to postpone for a little bit but I will be calling and asking for Adam as soon as I'm ready. Highly recommend.

Adam was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the entire process and even researched my specific systems(I bought my own water softener/filtration system). He even provided us with a website that showed the water contaminants in our area and tested our water as well. Great technician.
