My husband purchased 2 Ac refrigerated cooling units during the summer everything was working fine but as soon as the rain season started all the problems Started they’ve came 3 times to have issues get fixed and we are still having problems i think the need more experience or experienced workers. We are still waiting for the guys to come for 4th time to get some issues fixed again as the unit had been leaking. They also left the ducts in my attict that were supposed to be removed from previous visits very unprofessional job, they lie to your face IF YOU DONT WANT PROBLEMS LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY I WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW TO LET YOU KNOW GUYS HOW LONG IT TAKES THEM TO COME FIX THE MESS THEY LEFT THIS TIME SO PEOPLE CAN KNOW IF THEY ARE WILLING TO TRUST THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

F.A.S Appliance & Refrigeration company delivered outstanding service. Jorge and Adan replaced my refrigeration unit and did exceptional work from start to finish. They were professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The installation was clean, precise, and done right the first time. I highly recommend this company—especially Jorge and Adan—for anyone needing reliable refrigeration service. Truly a five-star experience!

This company is absolutely awful. They do not stand behind their work nor is their work quality!! This company installed a condenser on my unit yesterday. After an hour and forty five minutes and ripping every panel off of it, he comes down and says that the units good but hands me his card and tells me to text him in the morning to let him know how it is doing. I didn’t have to wait until the morning because the unit didn’t work when he left. The temperature coming out of the vents was 68.7 degrees. They returned this morning and worked on it for an hour and said the unit is good. NO IT IS NOT. The unit at least functioned before he replaced the coil fan. Now the unit does not work AT ALL!! The company refuses to respond to texts or telephone calls. The compressor keeps trying to start

FAS Appliance and A/C are great!! I waited to leave a review until I had worked with the installed system for a year and with the company itself for a year. Satisfaction all the way through. From installation to servicing, no problem. The installation crew, service crew, and Office crew are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

F.A.S. Appliance was referred to me by Frigidaire when my oven latch broke. Javier, Elizabeth and their entire team diligently searched for the part that was no longer being manufactured. Elizabeth was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process and working every which way to find a solution for my situation. She sent Jose the welder to my rescue and upon seeing it told me he could do it but would need additional help. Elizabeth then sent Fabian with Jose (who I now call "el maestro") and together they took care of it in no time flat. They are my dream team! They took what seemed a hopeless situation for me and saved Thanksgiving for our family! Their excellent customer service backed up by quality craftmanship is why they deserve 5+++ stars!
