I would not recommend this company, I called them the prior week and made an 9:30 AM appointment with them for the following week. Nobody showed up also no answer to any phone calls as well. Very unprofessional and can only imagine how poor they would be if, they take a job because of poor follow up and customer service.

After a positive experience of going into the office to discuss the job I was requesting, Jim called me to schedule an estimate. On the day scheduled, I waited 30 minutes past the scheduled time and called the office to find out why they hadn't arrived. An employee let me know she would find out and would call me back. She called and stated that Jim was sorry but he had something important that came up. (I am quite understanding if there was an emergency but that was a bit of a slap in the face) How about a phone call to me to let me know you weren't going to make it rather than me changing my schedule to accommodate you? We hired fashion tile for a 2 bathroom renovation and replace 3000 square foot of carpet and vinyl Jim came and give a very good price and then Tim came with a big group of guys to level the floor and to do the job It took them 4 weeks and they done a very nice job We love what they did and our friends they trusted them for two more jobs Thank you FASHION TILE
