Fast Air Repair

Fast Air tech Conrad called to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived he introduced himself and went right to work. He explained all his readings, he was very informative. He was quick, efficient and professional. We are happy we chose Fast Air to service our ACs. We would recommend them to friends and family.

I called for a repair to my AC because it was not functioning. Rodney came out and really tried to get the system to work. He tried several ways to figure out the best option for me. It turned out the heat pump was going to need to be completely replaced.with a mini split. He was helpful in working out a good financial arrangement for me. He was very courteous and not high pressure.at all. I would recommend their service as they are fast and work with you to find the best option for the customer.

Excellent service! I'm actually located in the city of Hernando. Their technician, Gabriel came out. He was very knowledgeable, professional and did a great job. He was able to answer all my questions, he did a thorough job and diagnosed my problem pretty fast. Didn't take any shortcuts and got straight to the point and was patient with me while I took care of my animals. I received a flyer in the mail for the maintenance service special for 59 dollars. There were no hidden fees and he was quick about it for me. If I ever need anything else I will be going through these guys for sure! Trent was awesome! He did a great job and was very knowledgeable when I first called. Very friendly and professional. They also texted me before they arrived which is great because I forgot to ask them to do

These guys are true professionals. From the diagnosis of my issue to the new installation, everyone I delt with here was great. Also when they say fast air, they mean fast air! They set up my new installation less than a week from diagnosis. They would’ve set up for next day but my schedule didn’t work. The installation guys got here exactly when they said they would. And literally had me installed, cleaned up, and were out the door right after lunch. I highly recommend Fast Air. Thanks for a painless experience.
