Very good experience - the end product being a new bathroom floor, trim molding and install new commode was completed on time as promised and a quality job all around. Ronnie and Lina in the office were very helpful and informative, Eddie the installer was highly skilled and did a great job. The estimate was fair and clearly spelled out. Highly recommended. Although they were kind, they have poor follow up and customer service skills. Don’t really call you to confirm anything or let you know when they are on the way, etc. The only time they called me first was to collect payment, outside of that I had to call THEM to ask what the status was, when they would be out for appointments and more.. Ontop of that they contract out to a 3rd party for installation, as would Home Depot or something. They also use liquidation flooring and don’t want to show you all options up front, be sure to ask. Their contractor was a pain, it was just one guy rather than a team you’d expect to get the job done more efficiently. The guy talked on the phone the ENTIRE time at our house, and we work from home so it was extremely rude not to mention annoying to listen t

Excellent staff! They helped me out with patching my carpet when they didn't have to. I'll be back here when I buy my new home!
