Fast Response Heating & Cooling

I want to be very clear that Fast Response does not offer roadside or towing services — which makes this even more meaningful. Rob, who works with Fast Response, just happened to be passing by when we were stuck in deep snow on the highway shoulder. Without hesitation, he stopped and went completely out of his way to help us. Along with a few other kind strangers, Rob really took the lead and played the biggest role in getting us out of the snow safely. This was purely a human-to-human act of kindness, and it meant more than words can explain. People like Rob restore your faith in humanity. Huge respect and appreciation to him and the Fast Response team.

Our home warranty company sent out Fast Response for a service call over the summer for an AC unit that was not cooling. We told the home warranty company we wanted Fast Response to check the condition of system because it was 22+ years old and we felt like it was failing and needed to be replaced. The tech arrived sooner than expected and added 2 pounds of coolant to the system before I could get home. When I got home he declared that the system was working perfectly. The tech then stood next to me and asked me to complete a 5 star survey that he did a great job. I told him multiple times I didn't want to fill out a survey (he did not do what I had asked - check the condition of the system - and performed a repair without my permission). Fast Response was sent out by Amercian Home Shield which is my home warranty. When having the yearly service done on the air conditioner, I was informed that there there was little to no freon and it could be frozen. Thus they recommended I get a new AC system. A representative came out to give me the price of a new system. He stated that the air conditioner would come with a new platform, and it would look really nice in comparison to what I had. The workers removed the gate so they could bring the new system in and take the old system out to the alley. They started installing the new air condition unit onto the existing platform. I inquired why they were not using the new platform that came with the new system, and he stated that I did not need it. Yet, I paid for the new platform.

Robert from Fast Response & Heating was very polite and highly proficient, he immediately diagnosed the problem related to our furnace and immediately replaced Motherboard working for about two hours. We are grateful for his immediate actions to resolve the problem. After two nights of sleeping without heat, last night we slept very comfortably! I wish there were more dedicated people like Robert in our community. I have used Fast Response in the past also and I have always found them to be very professional, polite and helpful! Thank you!

This had nothing to do with his job — just genuine kindness and looking out for others. Truly grateful for Rob and proud to see people like this in our community.
