Fast Response Heating & Cooling

On 1/2/26, I opened a service request with my home warranty company because my outside unit would not turn on when I switched to heat. Fast Response sent a technician who spent no more than 5–10 minutes glancing at my system before declaring nothing was wrong and telling me to “just run emergency heat.” That advice immediately felt wrong, and it absolutely was. When I contacted my warranty company for a second opinion, they refused to move forward until the technician submitted his report. Once it finally came through, it contained no breakdown, no explanation—just a false statement claiming the issue was “fixed,” even though he did not fix a single thing. Fast forward a month: I bring in a different company, and surprise…they immediately identify multiple issues with my unit and clearly

Dustin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He came out to fix my furnace and also helped me set up and troubleshoot my new Ecobee thermostat. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I really appreciated how quickly I was able to get an appointment—he was available the very next day. Highly recommend Dustin for his expertise and excellent service.

I had an awesome experience with Dakota from Fast Response. He came out to work on my HVAC unit and ended up installing a brand new compressor for me. He was super nice, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was done the right way. You can tell he knows what he’s doing — my system is running better than it has in a long time. The whole process was smooth, quick, and completely stress-free. If you need HVAC work done, definitely ask for Dakota. He did a great job and I couldn’t be happier with the service!

Scott and Dakota inspected my furnace today. They systematically inspected, cleaned and serviced the unit. Scott was instructing Dakota step by step on the process. They were very positive and friendly. They were right on time and also completed the process quickly. I had a great impression of Fast Response Heating and Cooling today based on their service. Dustin was sent out by my home warranty. He seemed nice and knowledgeable. Told me how much integrity meant to him and how long he’s been in the business. Recorded the issue with my furnace and told me they would be getting the part and communicating with our home warranty. He asked if I would leave a google review and I assumed after the work was complete, but he coerced me into doing it right then and took a picture of it. That felt weird to me so I read other reviews and looked only to find they had closed the case as complete with my home warranty and we had to re open. And that others had had this same experience No communication on part. I thought they seemed like a company that cared but to see they closed the ticket after asking me to leave review before work was done was dishearte
