Company should think about renaming from fast response to no response. I called and was waiting for a technician to reach out to me. 30 minutes past and I called back, they again said they would reach out to me but never did! Ended up calling another company. Thank God it wasn’t an emergency.
Benjamin was FREAKING AWESOME ! The communication was amazing and timing. Great customer service definitely recommend this company but mostly Benjamin !
Was calling for pricing. Was told $85 over the phone. I was locked out of my house. Took them all of 60 seconds and was charged $210. Not happy about price!
I needed my key done and thankful he came to my rescue. It came out very well and I’m super happy with the service.
