This company is fraudulent!!!! They are dishonest, liars, swindlers and misleading. Although, they were fully aware of my 18 squares order, they only delivered 14 squares of material. Now they are refusing to refund me or provide the missing amount of material I already paid for. I had gotten a quote from a different company that provided the number of feet that the 18 square covered for my house's roof, and they sent way less. Ana Laura Moreno is now deceiving me and wants me to pay for an additional 10 squares, which is more than $2,000 when I only need 4 squares that she didn't send. They are unwilling to find a solution for the mistake they made. We tried to talk to the owner, Luis Aranda to which they refused saying that he wasn't available.
