I enjoyed talking to Brendan today about your internet service. He was super nice and answered all of my questions. It was refreshing to talk to someone so knowledgeable and kind.
I was given Pierce’s direct phone number to call regarding the service with my Internet. I was surprised to hear him pick up on the 2nd ring! I explained the situation I’ve been dealing with. He upgraded my service to 2 gig at the same price I’ve been paying along with a new router for no additional cost. He scheduled for everything to be installed next week. He then asked if either one of us was 60 or older. My husband is 60 so Pierce added a Senior discount which lowered my bill even more. Pierce is wonderful!
Pierce Brennan was extremely helpful. He helped me set up internet and made the process smooth.
