The worst experience ever I would not recommend unless you want to replace your valuables. The set prices rises as they insist on wrapping paper and boxing items for which you did not request. My daughter's makeup palettes, PS5, and bedframe was never placed in storage as i requested . When I had my items returned and delivered to the new address, I notified the business and they stated, if we did not pack it our selves then we are not responsible, the PLAYSTATION 5 AKA PS5 was placed in it's box and the last thing to be placed on the truck. They did not take any accountability, nor was i compensated for their staff stealing my items. I have never experienced anything like this and that is why you have to be careful with supporting local businesses; not all people conduct business honestly

STAY AWAY! I was quoted $815 for 3 guys and four hours for a small two BR apartment 3 miles away from current address. They charged me $1545, broke my water line and ice making machine on my $ 3,000.00 refrigerator, dented and scratched my refrigerator doors all over, scratched my newly painted walls in several places, broke my furniture, and Sal talks to African Americans (his customers and workers) like we are filthy animals and like he’s an Italian mobster. He told me to “shut up” several times and hung up on me several times when I asked for instructions on how to make a claim for the damages to my refrigerator doors. Is 0 stars possible? I used them 5 years ago and I’m only now (I don’t post reviews often and when I do they tend to be for positive reasons) ready to discuss it. After their movers showed up with nothing but tape and brown paper (no padding, no protection for delicate items - they were going to be storing my stuff for an unknown time as this was during Covid) i followed them to the warehouse. They had brought papers to my house and I was told I had to sign it right then and there - but I had a question about something and they told me I had to speak to the owner. Fine - I went. He was rude, obnoxious and a little bit threatening.
