I just got off the phone with someone at this company (I wish I could remember her name) and I cannot say enough about her knowledge and patience. I was asking about a replacement for an old Kohler shower faucet and she understood my issue right away. She was able to explain what my options are and their pros and cons. This is great customer service.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. I wanted to get some upgrades for my bathroom remodel and I didn’t want to get the same old boring stuff that Home Depot and Lowe’s has, so I headed here. I wasn’t disappointed.
