Faustina Construction LLC

My really good friends recommended Faustina Construction to come out for my home to get concrete put in. Sione the owner was super nice and very attentive and was able to do what most other concrete companies actually refused to do. I would highly recommend them to do anything that involves concrete. In just a week they had my old concrete broken down and the ground ready to have the concrete poured. They also put in rebar in all of my concrete to keep it reinforced and nice. They are by far the best people to work with.

Train wreck of a company. They poured our driveway on our new construction home in 2023. They did not compact the soil and now less than a year later our driveway is sinking. We have rebar breaking out of the concrete as the concrete is settling and breaking. Very unreliable and the owner Seonie rushed through our job and left us with a mess. We are now having to pay a company to come in and pump under the concrete to fill in where it is settled to stop the damage from continuing. This is costing us thousands of dollars to fix on a less than a year old drive way. I would not recommend this company.

RV pad and stairs/retaining wall between garden boxes and RV pad, also pathway to dog run area: They did a great job! The design was much better than I expected with the retaining wall! They were fast but not messy. They took the time to communicate with us through our preferred way of communication through texting- us being Deaf, and that is important. My husband was able to communicate through gestures with them and able to get what we want for our RV pad. The pictures are taken today- just as they are drying. We did a couple of bids, they were referred by our friends and we have seen their work- they did great and not just that, their prices were reasonable- we saved a lot of money with them than other bids we have received!

This was my experience with this company, take it as you want: I chose them for my shed pad and backyard patio needs because they were the ones my builder used for our driveway and that seemed done pretty well, their price was right, and they could do it soon. To keep a long story shortish, the shed pad was braced almost a foot too short and the patio was braced in the wrong shape. I woke up to my son saying that a cement truck was here, no advance notice, so I had to run out and make sure they made those adjustments as well as buried the downspout. The patio still didn't get to the right shape but I was assured by the worker that the certain sharp curve would be smoothed out. It wasn't. Luckily the shed pad was adjusted to the correct size. We had a driveway that had huge damage to part of it but the rest was in pretty good shape. They had to break out the bad part of the concrete but preserve the rest. They also laid in rebar and resloped it so that snow and rain wouldn’t accumulate in front of the garage. They also did crack repairs on the original preserved concrete. In ONE day they tore it out, laid in the rebar, poured, sloped and sealed the new concrete and also did a great design with the new concrete cracks. To top it off, Sione ( the owner) showed up when he said he would and did all of this for a great price. I sought bids for two years from 5 to 6 different companies and I am so glad that I found Faustina Construction!
