They arrived on time. Explained and asked permission for starting work and entering any other part of the house. They confirmed each part of the repair and that I was satisfied. In summary they were thoughtful, considerate, completed the work and cleaned up after.

Steve and Trey were efficient and knowledgeable. They explained my options, as well as what needed to be done. The job was done quickly, and they up after their work. Well, I hope I don't need to reach out Anytime soon, I would certainly hire them again.

I had my sump pump inspected before the rainy season starts and I am very happy with the service I received. Shawna called to let me know they were on the way. Daniel and his partner (sorry didn't catch his name) showed up on time. They worked efficiently and were both very kind and professional. They closed everything up just as they found it. I called favinger plumbing out to quote some rough plumbing and finish plumbing work in multiple spots in our home after they came recommended by two people in our area . The two men that came to see the house seemed knowledgeable and interested in the work, neither one mentioning a shortage in availability or a narrowing of their scope of work. Only saying we would see a quote within a week. 2 weeks later I follow up having never received the bid, their office administrator says she will look into it. Hours later I receive an email saying the following “I am sorry but we are declining to bid on this project. The plumber feels the work needing to be done does not fall into the category of what we can do at this time.” I’m fine with a company declining to bid, it happens and if the proje
