I was charged $250 for 20 minutes of work, without fixing the problem. I hired this plumber on a Saturday to fix a bathtub issue that I had previously attempted to repair, which resulted in a constant water leak. I clearly explained to him over the phone it was a complex situation but he told me he could fix it, with an estimated cost of $250. After opening the wall and realizing he was also unable to resolve the issue, he capped the bathtub pipes inside the wall. He then explained that properly fixing the problem would require additional $690 work (excluding wall repairs), to be done on Monday ( 2 days later), as he did not have all the necessary tools with him (what???!!). He also stated that the house would require a full pipe replacement. Despite the original issue remaining unresolved
