Find another contractor. I chose this company to remove an existing driveway and lay down new pavement. I opted for the upcharge for a thicker, supposedly longer lasting driveway. Fast forward, I notice some puddles in the driveway forming and I didn't think much of it. Maybe now, 2-2.5 years the puddles seem to have gotten bigger, so I take some photos and send to FCI. They take about 2 weeks to respond via email. After about a month and a half, finally someone comes out to look, this person ignored the fact that I had just seal coated the driveway and walked onto the freshly laid sealer. Nothing comes of that visit. Fast forward about another month and a half, two employees miss the appointment we scheduled by about an hour to discuss the 'dips' in the driveway. Rude workers and slow workers been working on church parking for a lot month!! messiah Methodist church and park their equipment in public park so resident can’t park there cars there when they arrive home and have to find other parking. Not to mention if that was my work been done I’d be upset the asphalt is not level in any areas and I there is a huge divert when you enter the parking lot

Had them come out and give us a quote on having our driveway paved. Darren was very knowledgeable and had a great demeanor. Had the quote prepared for us the next day.

Are very rude 😡 ask person to kindly move from parking spot do to handy capped grandmother talked rudly to me and refused to move

Needs to care more about the land owners instead of his own feelings.
