Just when we thought our gutters were ok, they weren't. We called Frank with FBC Concepts and he was able to quote the job and install additional and repair existing within a timely manner at a fantastic price. We recently had him out to install gutters on an additional building on our property and again he was prompt, courteous and priced just right.
They post obnoxious advertisements all over the telephone poles in our neighborhood. Not only is it ugly it's explicitly against state and city law. It's ugly and quite honestly rude to the residents that live in the neighborhood. State Law: Minnesota Statute 173.15 Local Law: St. Michael City Code Chapter 155
